In Reiki First Degree Class you will be given four attunements, which will enable you to give Reiki to yourself and to others.
You will learn how to give yourself a Self -Reiki Treatment. In addition, you will learn the 3- part foundation treatment (hand positions): front side of the body, head, and backside of the body, which will enable you to give Reiki to others.
Our Reiki First Degree Class is both academic and experiential.
